The workshop "The art of (not) being in your head" focused on raising awareness about mental health stereotypes and promoting well-being. Participants explored simple self-care methods, took part in role-playing activities, learned different journaling techniques and created their own personal well-being plans.
Results: Participants increased their awareness of mental health stereotypes and learned practical ways to support their well-being. They developed empathy and communication skills, explored the seven types of rest, learned different journaling methods and created personal reminders for difficult situations. The participants were actively engaged throughout the workshop and took part in discussions and practical exercises.
