ALBANIA: Mental Health Without Stigma – Empowering Young People Through Art and Dialogue (II)

On 3 July 2026, the ACT Centre organised the workshop "Mental Health Without Stigma – Empowering Young People Through Art and Dialogue" under the ROLES – Art-Driven Capacity Building for Mental Health De-stigmatisation project. The workshop engaged young people in interactive activities, artistic expression, and guided discussions to promote mental health awareness, reduce stigma, and encourage empathy, inclusion, and peer support.

Results: Successfully engaged young participants in discussions about mental health and well-being.
Increased awareness of mental health issues and the importance of addressing stigma. Created a safe and inclusive environment where participants felt comfortable sharing experiences and opinions. Strengthened participants' empathy, communication skills, and mutual support through art-based and interactive methods. Encouraged young people to become advocates for open dialogue and positive attitudes toward mental health in their communities.
