Together, participants broke down old taboos and turned a difficult topics into an inspiring conversation about taking care of mental health and well-being.
Testimonials from participants: "I really enjoyed today's activity on mental health. I noticed that people seemed nervous, afraid of exposing themselves too much on the subject. When we started talking about the stigma of seeing a psychologist or seeking help, I realized how difficult it was for the people present to speak openly about this topic. As someone who has already struggled with mental health, I feel safe opening up and sharing my reflections on this topic so that it inspires more people to seek help and express their fears, fighting against the taboo that mental illness is—an invisible and hard illness to go through." - Sam
"Engaging in activities that involve well-being and mental health is always important, and even more so now given the fast pace of daily life. It is essential for us to stop, take a deep breath, and make time for our mental health, just as we do for our physical health. I am very grateful for this initiative by Teatro Metaphora and the project coordinators. It was a truly impactful activity for me."- Mariana
